Eligibility Criteria for Skoltec University Scholarship

This Skoltec scholarship is open to both domestic and international students.
Applicants for Master’s degree scholarship
The applicants must have an appropriate bachelor’s or specialist degree or its equivalent, from an accredited university.
Applicants for the Ph.D. scholarship
The applicants must have an appropriate master’s degree from a recognized university in a relevant field.
- Applicants with bachelor’s or master’s degrees in humanities, social sciences, or business are expected to have significant training in the mentioned areas in order to be considered.
You will need a TOEFL score of 80, a TOEFL iBT score of 450, and an IELTS score of 6.
No GRE score is required.
If the applicant has received a degree from the university in English language TOEFL or IELTS score is not required.
The applicant does not need to submit a TOEFL or IELTS score if he or she has completed a degree program at a university where English is the medium of instruction.
