Required Skills & Experience for Learning & Development Consultant at Altamont Group
- Advanced academic qualifications in any of the following: (Bachelors (required); Masters (preferred)
- Education
- Learning & Development
- Instructional Design
- Organizational Development,
- Social Sciences
- Business Administration
- Degree MUST be from Accredited University
- Experience in corporate training, instructional design, curriculum development, eLearning, or capacity building
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design models
- Experience in creating instructional materials, including presentations, manuals, and curriculum
- Experience in designing and developing training programs and workshops
- Experience in designing eLearning content and modules
- Familiarity with SCORM, LMS, and Articulate
- High level of organization and time management, as well as an ability to learn quickly and to produce high quality work under tight deadlines
- Excellent English writing, editing, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage deadlines efficiently
- Strong problem solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to multitask, take initiative, and work independently
- Sound time management skills
- Ability to take direction and absorb information quickly
- Flexible attitude toward receiving feedback
- Strong work ethic and professionalism with a dedicated approach
- Ability to work cohesively with team members
- Expertise with O365, i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint
