Job Summary

- Location: Lagos | Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build & Maintain Client Relationships: Establish and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
- Identify Business Opportunities: Recognize new business opportunities, driving sales efforts to meet or exceed revenue targets while promoting company services.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely, successful delivery of projects, services, and campaigns.
- Sales Proposals & Presentations: Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, presentations, and contracts to clients to drive business growth.
- Market & Competitor Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for business expansion.
- Client Satisfaction & Support: Coordinate with clients to ensure satisfaction, promptly resolve any issues, and address concerns, fostering long-term partnerships.
- Manage Project Success: Oversee client expectations, timelines, and budgets to ensure projects are delivered successfully and on schedule.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective client engagement and service delivery.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales or client services within media, entertainment, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of media landscape and entertainment trends.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Goal-oriented with a demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and deliver exceptional client service.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
- Passionate about media and entertainment, with a commitment to delivering outstanding client experiences.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
